At the Haight St. Art Gallery, they had some of the rock art of Arlene Owseichik. She became famous for her concert posters that were by Bill Graham Presents:

To me Arlene Owseichik's work is so detailed and amazing. I was very happy to be able to see this amazing work.

A Walk at the Wilbur May Arboretum

When I went to Reno, a couple of weeks ago I went to the Wilbur May Arboretum and took a walk around. It is a beautiful place even though there was still snow on ground:

And I was overjoyed to get this shot:

I bet when all the plants are blooming, I bet the Wilbur May Arboretum is a beautiful place to visit.

The 56th California International Antiquarian Book Fair

I went to the 56th California International Antiquarian Book Fair and saw some amazing stuff (All are first editions):

First Bible Concordance in English-1550

Shakespeare's Third Folio-1685

First Edition of Gone With the Wind, signed by all the major cast members from the movie

And I love seeing the non-book things that are there:

1971 Peanuts TV Cell

An appointment by President Abraham Lincoln

An early drawing by Dr. Seuss

Original music to the theme from Casino Royale

R.Crumb original drawing

I always love seeing the cool things that are for sale there, the only thing is that I can't afford them. LOL.
